For the past year I’ve been doing guided meditation with Michael and I’ve taken Michael’s breath work class. The guided meditations have been life changing. Michael’s voice is calm & soothing. Michael’s breath work class was very informative and since implementing those principles in my daily life, I can tell a big difference in mood and more. I can’t recommend the meditations or breath work class highly enough!

Headset Theory is a simple framework for understanding how thoughts and perceptions shape our experience of reality, and how stepping beyond them can open the way to greater clarity, awareness, and presence. Read more about this here.
True Breathing Method
Ongoing stress often alters breathing patterns without people realizing it. Subtle over-breathing, like frequent sighing, large breaths while speaking, shallow breathing at a desk, or holding the breath while concentrating, reduces CO₂ tolerance and increases nervous system reactivity, reinforcing symptoms such as tension, racing thoughts, anxiety, sleep disruption, and mental fatigue.
This work focuses on restoring breathing efficiency through structured reduced-breath training influenced by Buteyko principles. As breathing normalizes, the nervous system stabilizes, baseline stress lowers, and anxiety symptoms become more manageable. Not by suppressing thoughts, but by improving physiology.
